Gary Bragg is a composer, performer, and educator. A Nebraska native, Gary received his BA in Education from the
University
of
Northern Colorado
, where he was a featured soloist on a Grammy-nominated recording in 1985. Additionally, he was a finalist in the Elevox National Jazz Composition contest.
Upon graduation, he worked as an administrative assistant on a gubernatorial campaign, traveling sixty-five days with the candidate. After his candidate's heartbreaking defeat in the general election,
Gary
began his teaching career as a music teacher. He was awarded a $40,000 grant to develop his original curriculum which was subsequently profiled regionally and nationally.
In 1997 he graduated with honors from the University of Denver College of Law and then accepted the position of Dean of Students at Denver’s
Cherry
Creek
High School
.
His first musical, Before I Wake, was produced in 1998.
Gary
has two wonderful children, Carly and Miles.

David DeMichelis is a full time performer, composer, and arranger. His relationship with Gary Bragg goes back to the first day he set foot in
Colorado
almost 25 years ago. Together they have been involved in many musical projects.
David has performed with such diverse national entertainers as John Denver, Dr. John, Bob Hope, Bill Cosby, Kenny Loggins and Willie Nelson. As a studio guitarist and vocalist, his clients have included Nissan, the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Cincinnati Reds.
Theatrical performance credits include the national touring companies of Hairspray,
Chicago,
and The Lion King. David was an original cast member in the world premier of ALMOST HEAVEN (songs & stories of John Denver) at the Denver Center Theater Company. As a professor at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, David produced, directed, and conducted Little Shop of Horrors, The Who’s Tommy, and Pink Floyd’s The Wall.
David’s band, New Society, has performed around the globe for over 20 years, performing for such high profile clients as William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, and Tim Allen as well as the last 6 presidents of the
United States
.
David would like to thank his wife Margaret, son James, and daughter Carey Rose for their love and support on the long trip down the campaign trail.
